I stayed here in November 2023 was on a business trip , the property location is in Sharq in the center of the city , but the surroundings are industrial upholstery workshops and spare part shops a green hedge covers the elevation of the hotel to hide the facade of the surrounding shops The Egyptian gentleman who received me at the airport was kind and courteous , the airport pick up and drop is a definite plus point for the hotel that would encourage clients . No good restaurants at walking distance there is an Indian restaurant (Mughal Mahal )about a short cab ride away . A small grocery shops is present close by I noticed the hotel restaurant is rarely frequented by guests the food is mostly frozen reheated , what ever I tasted was disappointing to say the least (stay away from the salmon waste of money ) the breakfast buffet is very basic they don't make an effort to change the menu and after two days it becomes downright boring . The rooms are good has all amenities that are shown on booking .com, the concierge , house keeping and front desk staff are kind and do a good job . I asked to weigh my luggage at check out to make sure I don't exceed my luggage airline allowance out a nice bell boy came with a very good digital weighing machine I was pleaseantly surprised A special mention about Mr Abraham at corporate reservations who helped me make the reservation he is an asset to this hotel . The coffee shop is ok ,they have a small souvenir shop which has basic stuff like soft drinks ,candy bars basic toiletries etc . I wouldn't mind coming back If they have a basic restaurant with fresh food a small menu , daily specials at reasonable prices .

The City Tower Hotel ( 4 Star Hotel) was a good hotel ; however some remarks are there: No Hot water in the Room The Health Club opens late after 8 am The Buffet Breakfast timing was inappropriate but the foods are tastey Booking.com proofed me of an upgrade room ; however the denied this My regards, Abdullah H. Everything was great! The hotel met our expectations. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The central location is perfect for visiting Souq Mubarakiya and Kuwait Towers. The breakfast buffet is good and there are many options available. Overall, good value for money! The only thing that bothered me were the Elevators. The room key cards often didn't work in the elevator so it wouldn't stop on the intended floor. A couple of times I went up and down for 5 minutes until the elevator finally stopped on our floor. I had reception reset the key cards once, but it didn't completely fix the problem.

Very good location, 20 min far from the Towers and 10 from Cornice. We stay there 5 days. Breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and kindly with a special mention for Mr Santosh, Mr Rafat and the Manager. Wifi very strong as well as the cleaness of our room n° 1405. Bus stop is 50 meters far and the bus 51 will bring you to city center. Kuwait City is not a touristic place, so you'll not find shops for tourist and no maps. Remember that Red Fort is closed on friday morning, it'll open in the afternoon at 4 p.m.
